Terms of Service

LeagueReady is operated by Ravencord Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Tennessee, United States, with a business address of 6688 Nolensville Rd, Ste 108 #2225, Brentwood, TN 37027.

By creating an account or using LeagueReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. League administrators and coaches represent that they have authority to manage information for the league or team they administer.

Parents and guardians who add player profiles for minors confirm they have legal authority to do so.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@goleagueready.com of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.

Registration fees collected from parents are processed via Stripe Connect and paid directly to the league administrator’s connected account. LeagueReady does not retain a percentage of registration fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for subscription fees are not provided except where required by law.

You agree not to: (a) violate any law, (b) infringe on others’ rights, (c) upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful to minors, (d) attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service, (e) reverse engineer or scrape the service, (f) use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages.

We do not host photos of children. Do not attempt to upload images that depict minors.

You retain ownership of content you submit (league info, schedules, scores, messages). You grant LeagueReady a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the service.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The service integrates with Clerk (auth), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Vercel and Render (hosting), and Neon (database). Their terms and privacy practices apply to data processed by them on our behalf.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAGUEREADY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO LEAGUEREADY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; some sections survive termination by their nature (payments due, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
