These terms govern your use of Go LeagueReady. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
Go LeagueReady is operated by Ravencord Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, with a registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 and a mailing address at 6688 Nolensville Rd, Ste 108 #2225, Brentwood, TN 37027.
By creating an account or using Go LeagueReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. League administrators and coaches represent that they have authority to manage information for the league or team they administer.
Parents and guardians who add player profiles for minors confirm they have legal authority to do so.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@goleagueready.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
- Registration fees collected from parents are processed via Stripe Connect and paid directly to the league administrator's connected account. Go LeagueReady does not retain a percentage of registration fees.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For California residents, this auto-renewal disclosure satisfies the requirements of California Business & Professions Code §17602; the price, renewal frequency, and cancellation method are also restated in the post-checkout confirmation email.
- 30-day money back guarantee: if Go LeagueReady is not the right fit for your league within the first 30 days of any new paid plan (Community or Club, monthly or annual), email support@goleagueready.com and we will refund every dollar paid. This applies once per account, to the first paid plan only, with no retention call and no forms. Refunds for subscription fees after the 30-day window are not provided except where required by law.
- Player records, rosters, schedules, results, and payment history can be exported as CSV from the dashboard at any time before cancellation. After cancellation, the live records are removed immediately and backups are purged or anonymized within 30 days.
5. Referral and affiliate program
We may offer a referral or affiliate program that lets account holders and approved partners earn a cash bounty for referring a new league that subscribes to a paid plan. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms and any program-specific rules we publish. Participants take part as independent individuals or businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Go LeagueReady, and may not represent otherwise.
- Earning a bounty: a referral counts only when the referred league is a genuinely new customer who signs up through your unique referral link and starts a paid plan. A bounty is confirmed and becomes payable only after the referred league remains on a paid plan past a holding period (currently about 50 days from qualification), not at signup. Amounts are stated on the referral program page and may change on a going-forward basis.
- One bounty per referred account. Self-referrals, fake, duplicate, or incentivized sign-ups, and any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity void the bounty and may result in removal from the program and reversal of any unpaid amounts.
- Disclosure: if you promote Go LeagueReady, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may receive compensation, in compliance with the FTC Act and the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255). Any statements you make about Go LeagueReady must be truthful, not misleading, and reflect your honest experience.
- Lawful promotion only: you must comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act for commercial email and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for calls and text messages. You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, make false or misleading claims, impersonate Go LeagueReady, or bid on or misuse our trademarks in a deceptive way.
- Taxes: bounties are taxable income to the recipient, who is solely responsible for any taxes owed. We may require a completed IRS Form W-9 (US persons) or Form W-8BEN (non-US persons) before paying, and we will issue a Form 1099-NEC where required (generally for US persons paid $600 or more in a calendar year). We may withhold or decline a payout if required tax information is not provided.
- Payouts: confirmed bounties are paid in US dollars to the payout details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details; we are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect destination you supplied. Payouts may be processed through a third-party payment provider.
- Not a lottery or sweepstakes: bounties are earned for qualifying referrals through your own effort, not by chance, and no purchase is required of you to participate.
- We may change, suspend, or end the program at any time with reasonable notice. Bounties already confirmed will be honored. The program is void where prohibited by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Upload, send, or otherwise transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, or that exploits or endangers a minor in any way.
- Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the service, including reverse engineering, scraping, automated extraction, or probing for vulnerabilities outside of a responsible-disclosure framework.
- Send unsolicited commercial or marketing messages (spam) through the platform's notification, messaging, or invite features. Notifications are intended to communicate league-relevant information to parents, coaches, and players in your league.
- Impersonate any person or organisation, including Go LeagueReady or another league administrator, or misrepresent your authority to act for a league or team.
- Use the platform to dox, intimidate, or share personal information about another person without their consent.
- Upload, store, or share photographs of children. Go LeagueReady never hosts child photos on its servers.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (league info, schedules, scores, messages, notifications). You grant Go LeagueReady a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, send, store, or transmit through the service, including the accuracy of league information, the appropriateness of messages and notifications, and your compliance with applicable law.
8. Communications you send through Go LeagueReady
Go LeagueReady provides a messaging conduit that lets a league administrator (and, where applicable, coaches) send notifications, in-app messages, and invite emails to parents, players, and coaches in their league. These communications are user-generated content: they are written, sent, and signed by the league administrator (or coach), not by Go LeagueReady.
Go LeagueReady does not author, screen, edit, monitor, or moderate the content of league-to-parent or league-to-coach communications before they are delivered. We act as the platform that transmits the message, similar to an email service provider.
Outgoing notification emails are clearly attributed to the sender in the email body, include a Reply-To header pointing to the sender's email address (so replies route to the league administrator, not to Go LeagueReady), and include a small-print disclosure identifying Go LeagueReady as the messaging platform only.
Misuse of the messaging or notification system (including any conduct prohibited under section 6 above) may result in immediate suspension of your account and removal of the offending content under section 13 (Termination). Report abuse, harassment, or unlawful content sent through the platform to abuse@goleagueready.com; we will review reports and act consistent with applicable law and these Terms.
9. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, payments, SMS, email, hosting, database, error monitoring, bot protection, and (when a league administrator turns it on) background- check verification. Their terms and privacy practices apply to data processed by them on our behalf. The current list is on our Subprocessors page.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
GO LEAGUEREADY DOES NOT AUTHOR, ENDORSE, OR WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR LAWFULNESS OF CONTENT CREATED, SENT, OR TRANSMITTED BY USERS THROUGH THE SERVICE (INCLUDING NOTIFICATIONS, MESSAGES, AND INVITES SENT BY LEAGUE ADMINISTRATORS OR COACHES). YOU INTERACT WITH USER-GENERATED CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO LEAGUEREADY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO GO LEAGUEREADY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
GO LEAGUEREADY IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONTENT AUTHORED BY USERS OF THE SERVICE (INCLUDING NOTIFICATIONS, MESSAGES, OR INVITES SENT BY A LEAGUE ADMINISTRATOR OR COACH), OR FOR DISPUTES BETWEEN LEAGUE ADMINISTRATORS, COACHES, PARENTS, OR PLAYERS THAT ARISE FROM SUCH CONTENT.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; some sections survive termination by their nature (payments due, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law).
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
