- Do you take a cut of registration fees?
- No. Stripe Connect routes payments straight to your league's bank account. Stripe charges its standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), that goes to Stripe, not us.
- What if I cancel?
- You keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't hold your data hostage, full export to CSV any time.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans run for one year and renew automatically; you can disable renewal in settings any time.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Pro-rated charges and credits are handled automatically.
- Do you have a referral program?
- Yes. Refer another league admin and you each get a free month when they start a paid plan. See the referral program for details.
