Subprocessors
Last updated: June 8, 2026
The third-party providers we use to run Go LeagueReady, what each does, and where your data is processed. All of them operate in the United States.
1. About this page
To run Go LeagueReady, we rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers, known as subprocessors. Each one processes data only as needed to provide its specific function, under a contract that requires it to protect that data.
We keep the list short on purpose. All of our subprocessors process data in the United States, which means your data, and your league's data, stays in the US.
2. Categories of service providers
We list our service providers by function rather than by brand name. This tells you exactly what kinds of data processing happen and where, which is what matters for your privacy, without publishing internal infrastructure detail.
| Function | Purpose | Data location |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication | User sign-in and account management | United States |
| Payment processing | Subscription billing and league registration payments | United States |
| SMS delivery | Sending text-message notifications | United States |
| Email delivery | Sending transactional email | United States |
| Web hosting & storage | Hosting the web app, storing team logos and coach photos, product analytics | United States |
| Backend hosting | Hosting the application API | United States |
| Database hosting | Hosting the managed application database | United States |
| Real-time updates | Pushing live score, message, and roster changes to connected devices over WebSocket | United States |
| Push notification delivery (mobile app) | Delivering app notifications to user devices via Apple and Google push services; activated when the mobile app launches | United States |
| Error monitoring | Detecting and diagnosing application errors | United States |
| Bot protection | Blocking automated abuse on the sign-in flow | United States |
| Background check verification | Running criminal background checks on coaches when enabled by a league administrator | United States |
3. A note on children's data
We never store photos of children on our servers or with any subprocessor. Photos a parent saves in the mobile app stay on that parent's own device. Player records contain only the limited information described in our Children's Privacy Policy.
4. Updates to this list
We may add or replace a subprocessor as the product grows. When we do, we will update this page. If a change is material, we will give notice to league administrators by email before it takes effect, so there is time to raise any concern.
5. Questions
For more on how we handle information generally, see our Privacy Policy. For questions specific to subprocessors or data processing, email privacy@goleagueready.com. B2B customers and individuals exercising a state-law right that requires it (Virginia, Colorado, and certain others) can request the named list of subprocessors at the same address; we will respond within 10 business days.
Questions about our subprocessors? Email privacy@goleagueready.com.
