SMS Terms & Messaging Consent

What text messages Go LeagueReady sends, how often, what they may cost you, and how to opt out at any time.
1. The messaging program
Go LeagueReady sends SMS (text) messages on behalf of youth sports leagues that use our software. These are transactional, league-related messages, for example:
- Match reminders and schedule changes
- Weather cancellations and rescheduled games
- Registration and payment confirmations and reminders
- Important announcements from your league administrator
2. Consent
Messages are sent to phone numbers that a parent, coach, or league administrator provides to a league when registering for, or administering, that league. By providing a mobile number you agree to receive league-related text messages at that number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering a child or of any purchase. If you prefer not to receive texts, you can opt out at any time (see below) and still receive the same information by email and in the app.
You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your league's activity, for example how many games are scheduled and whether weather affects them. During a busy week you may receive several messages; in quiet periods you may receive none.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Go LeagueReady does not charge you for text messages, but your carrier may. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Go LeagueReady. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt back in.
You can opt back in at any time by replying START, or by re-enabling SMS with your league administrator.
6. How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@goleagueready.com. We are happy to help you manage your messaging preferences.
7. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include the major US mobile carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
We do not sell mobile phone numbers, and we never share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Text messages are delivered through our SMS provider solely to send the messages described above. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change when we revise it.
